Junk the junk food and include more veggies. A balance of vitamins and nutrients is all you need for the body skin to glow and feel alive. It might be hard to say goodbye to the coffee initially, but it will help you in the long run. Caffeine dehydrates the skin, ruins sleep, raises stress and the after effect is early aging and even worse skin. Coffee is known to trigger hormonal acne as well.

Sun damage makes the acne worse and extends its stay. Thus it is essential to apply the sunscreen on exposed body parts. It will help skin in so many ways by making you look younger and youthful.

- Don’t Pick or Squeeze!
