The Best Anti-Aging Anti-Oxidant Skin Care Routine

Who doesn’t want to age gracefully?

We all do!

Although the signs of aging cannot be prevented and you are surely going to lose your youth as the decades go by, we still have something for you in this article!

If you wish to be a flawless beauty even during your mid-thirties, you have to be really cautious about your skincare routine.

How? Let’s have a look.

  1.    Wash your face with a gentle cleanser

Cleansing is the biggest part of your skincare routine. It not only helps you get rid of the makeup but also helps you in dealing with natural oils, pollution and dirt which might have accumulated on your skin during the day.

Thus, it is highly recommended to wash your face in the morning and at night with a gentle face wash. However, avoid using harsh cleansers as they might damage your skin even further.

  1.    Moisturize your skin

Moisturizing your skin is another important part of your skin care routine. There are a range of choices available in the market today, but we would suggest you go for the one which is suitable for your skin, while also keeping in mind the climate at your place.

If you have an oily skin or if it hot at your place, you should opt for a lightweight moisturizer that leaves your skin smooth and supple; and doesn’t make it greasy.

If it is cold or if you have dry skin, then choose a moisturizer that has hydrating properties.

  1.    Drink a lot of water and other anti-oxidant drinks

In order to keep your skin hydrated inside-out, it is highly recommended to drink a lot of water. Staying hydrated helps you in fighting with the visible signs of aging.

Drink anti-oxidant drinks like green tea as it is loaded with anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties which are extremely beneficial for your skin.

  1.    Pat, but don’t rub your anti-aging serums

Serums in general, have a much higher concentration of active ingredients than a moisturizer. While you are using any kind of anti-aging serum, you have to be very cautious about applying them the right way on your face. Do not rub the serum on your face. Rather, pat it on your skin gently until it gets absorbed.

Further, choose a serum rich in anti-aging ingredients like vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid and magnesium ascorbyl phosphate) and vitamin A derivative known as retinoids.

Thus, it is pretty easy to have the best anti-aging skin care routine. All you need is the right direction and the right products.
