The Zone Diet is popularly known as the Jennifer Aniston Diet. This is because the Hollywood actress Jennifer Aniston is a huge fan of this diet plan. This diet plan was introduced by a scientist named Dr. Barry Sears.

The zone diet involves the proper balance of amino acids with carbohydrates. This helps to suppress one’s appetite. According to this diet plan, the celebrities have portion-controlled meals thrice in a day followed by two lights snacks to assuage the hunger or sudden cravings.

2.     The South Beach Diet

The South Beach Diet is a hit with many celebrities like Nicole Kidman, Bill Clinton, Oprah, Kim Cattrall and Eva Mendes.

The diet plan includes strict control over food intake for the first two weeks to give a kick start to the weight loss. Though there are no portion-controlled meals in it, one has to ditch baked food, rice, potatoes, bread, fruits and pasta.

The south beach diet is believed replace the bad carbs with the good carbs.

3.     The 5-Factor Diet

The 5-Factor diet is followed by celebrities like Lady Gaga, Megan Fox, Amanda Seyfried, Eva Mendes, Katy Perry, Alicia Keys and Kate Beckinsale.

The 5-factor diet is a concept where each meal consists of five elements – complex carbs, protein, fat, fiber and fluids. The celebrities are allowed to have five meals per day which comprise of dishes made with only five ingredients. They can indulge themselves in one cheat day every week, in which one can eat anything they wish to, without worrying about any weight gain.

The 5-factor diet plan was introduced by celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak.

  • Elizabeth Taylor, is believed to be the most beautiful woman on earth. She ate fruits with cottage cheese and sour cream and steak covered with peanut butter to lose weight.
  • Marilyn Monroe consumed milk with raw eggs mixed in it in the morning. Skipped lunch to have dinner of 5 boiled carrots with steak and indulged in a fudge sundae dessert.
